Description: No post-processing. Visible tool marks, accurate to spec.
Materials: All machinable metals and plastics

๐ŸŒช Bead Blasting

Description: Applies a fine matte texture using high-pressure glass beads.
Materials: Aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, some plastics (Delrin, Nylon)
Use Cases: Enclosures, aesthetic parts, deburring
Finish: Uniform, matte/satin


๐Ÿ’Ž Anodizing (Type II โ€“ Decorative)

Description: Electrochemical process to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance.
Materials: Aluminum only

Colors: Black, clear, red, blue, custom


๐Ÿ›ก Anodizing (Type III โ€“ Hardcoat)

๐Ÿงช Chem Film / Alodine (Chromate Conversion)

Description: Chemical process to enhance corrosion resistance while preserving conductivity.

Note: Less durable than anodizing, but electrically conductive
